It feels so good to write 2024!
My biggest challenges are being unaware of how long something ACTUALLY takes to complete, procrastinating when I need to start something, and sometimes admitting defeat a little early. Other times I stick with something until the very bitter end, when I should have given up earlier.
I have gotten so much better about doubting myself and thinking that I am not worth the effort this past year. I have really worked on those things and I can feel a huge difference.
Something I haven’t blogged about as its own topic yet is the fact that I started micro-dosing testosterone about 3.5 weeks ago. It’s made a huge difference for me mentally, physically with energy and just how I feel in general, and also with my anxiety and ADHD. I am much more focused, much calmer, and I can see rationally. My emotions don’t feel so up and down and I feel so much more confident in myself. I am so pleased with the changes in my mental health and how strong I feel mentally. I am so much more balanced than I was prior to starting it.
I am hopeful that my biggest challenges, which are definitely related to ADHD, will be something I can overcome this year. I have been doing a good job of forcing myself to do things I don’t feel like doing these past few weeks, so it seems possible that I can actually improve on these things that I once throught were just part of me. I may not be stuck being such an ADHD mess!!
