I can start walking every day to clear my head, listen to music and relax, and also get some exercise. I really should be doing this ALL the time. It seems like such a small change, but it’s actually huge in my brain. It would require me to revamp my entire morning routine, or so I think. Does it really need that much effort? Probably not. And also, we have a treadmill, so I can always walk inside when the weather is bad or hot. But somehow I can’t seem to make myself do this small thing.
