No more daily prompts, I guess

I’ve been randomly choosing what daily prompt to respond to each day this month, mainly because some are repeats from another time, it appears. There are things on there that say I have answered them previously, but I know I didn’t answer them this month. Hopefully there will be new prompts up for February because I do enjoy answering them or talking about how much they suck in some cases.

I don’t know what it is about January, but it always feels eternal by the time you get to this part of the month. I always feel so enthusiastic to start the new year, but then January feels like its own year. February will fly by and March will drag on like January. Then in April, I am ready for spring to show up. And that won’t really happen until May. Summer flies by in some strange blur and then it’s back to school and time for the fall. Then holiday season is again upon us.

My grandmother was definitely correct in saying that time goes by faster and faster as you get older. You start to feel like you’re running out of time to do all the things you want to do. I don’t necessarily feel like I’m running out of time, but it’s definitely flying by.

Except for January, January is eternal.
